As the Store Manager’s right hand, you’ll help lead, motivate, and support the team.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and team leadership.
- Drive sales performance and inspire the team to exceed goals.
- Ensure smooth store operations, process adherence, and inventory management.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and handle concerns professionally.
- Foster collaboration across departments (HR, Retail, Customer Care, Marketing, etc.).
What We’re Looking For:
- Retail experience with team leadership.
- Strong understanding of KPIs and store operations.
- Business mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Passion for beauty trends, cosmetics, and fragrances.
- English proficiency (B2+) and computer literacy (MS Office, cash handling).
- Proactive attitude and innovative ideas for improving the store.
